Kyoto Club is a non-profit organisation, created in February 1999, made up of companies, bodies, associations and local administrations, committed to achieving the greenhouse gas emission reduction targets set by the Kyoto Protocol, the Paris Agreement and the European Green Deal, by promoting initiatives to raise awareness, provide information and provide training in the fields of energy efficiency, the use of renewables, the reduction and proper management of waste, sustainable agriculture and mobility, and in favour of the bio-economy, the green and circular economy.

Acqua dell'Elba's membership of the virtuous stakeholder group was announced during Green Week 2023 at the 'Responding to the Climate Crisis' event held in partnership with Kyoto Club.

The association of the company with the organization continues also for 2024
