Kyoto Club

In the course of 2023, Acqua dell’Elba Benefit Corporation, further confirming the company’s social responsibility and its commitment to having a sustainable impact that respects people, the territory and the sea, became a member of the Kyoto Club.

Kyoto Club is a non-profit organisation created in February 1999, made up of companies, bodies, associations and local administrations committed to achieving the greenhouse gas reduction objectives set by the Kyoto Protocol, the Paris Agreement and the European Green Deal.
It promotes awareness, information and training initiatives in the fields of energy efficiency, the use of renewables, waste reduction and proper waste management, sustainable agriculture and mobility, and in favour of the bioeconomy, the green economy and the circular economy.

Acqua dell’Elba’s membership in this virtuous group of stakeholders was announced during Green Week 2023, at the event “Responding to the Climate Crisis”, held in partnership with Kyoto Club.

The company’s membership in the organisation continues in 2024.
