Extension of the Duration of the Prize Promotion

“ACQUA DELL’ELBA LOVERS”

ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. Società Benefit, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 10, paragraph 4 of Presidential Decree No. 430/2001, hereby informs all participants that the Regulations governing the prize promotion “Acqua dell'Elba LOVERS” have been amended with regard to:

  • Article 2, "Period of Validity of the Promotion", extending the duration of the promotion until 28/02/2027;
  • Article 8, "Benefits Offered within the Program".

The above amendments provide that all members of the Loyalty Program will have their points balance reset on 31/12/2026. The amendments also include a revision of the rewards associated with the achievement of Levels and the Birthday Gift.

No other provision of the Regulations has been amended.

The full text of the Regulations, already incorporating the above amendments, is set out below.

Regulations of the Prize Promotion

“ACQUA DELL'ELBA LOVERS”

Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 430/2001 and subsequent amendments

1. PURPOSE

“Acqua dell'Elba LOVERS” is a prize promotion (hereinafter also referred to as the “Program” or the “Promotion”) promoted by ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. Società Benefit, with registered office at Via Aldo Moro No. 69, Marciana Marina (LI), VAT No. 01342420492, creator and promoter of the activities available on the website www.acquadellelba.com.

The Program is reserved for adult consumers who join it and allows participants to collect points (hereinafter referred to as ADE Points) for every purchase of products made at stores operated by ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. Società Benefit (hereinafter referred to as the “Stores”) or online via www.acquadellelba.com. These points entitle participants to obtain benefits and/or rewards (the “Privileges”).

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion shall take place during the following periods:

Promotion Duration

From 23/03/2026 to 28/02/2027.

Point Accumulation and Membership Levels

  • Points earned towards achieving the Silver Level will be reset if the Participant makes no further purchases within two years from reaching that level.
  • One year after reaching the Gold Level, 200 points will be deducted from the Participant’s account.
  • One year after reaching the Platinum Level, 500 points will be deducted from the Participant’s account.
  • In addition, on 31 December of each year, all points accumulated by Loyalty Program members will be reset.

Silver Members

For all Silver members, points will expire two years after the last point accumulation.

3. TERRITORY

The Promotion will take place at all ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. Società Benefit retail stores located in Italy and on the website:

www.acquadellelba.com

4. ELIGIBILITY, PROGRAM ENROLLMENT AND WITHDRAWAL

The Promotion is open to all individuals who enroll in the Program (hereinafter referred to as “Participants” or individually as a “Participant”).

Enrollment in the Program is free of charge and may be completed through one of the following methods:

Registration in Store

At any ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. Società Benefit store, the interested person may register by creating a new account through the online registration procedure available on devices located in the store (for example PCs, tablets, handheld devices, etc.), entering their personal details and email address.

Registration via Website

Through www.acquadellelba.com:

Existing Account Holders

If the user already has an account, they simply need to:

  • log in to the website;
  • confirm the information already provided;
  • join the Acqua dell'Elba LOVERS initiative by enrolling in the Program and accepting these Regulations.

New Users

If the user does not yet have an account, they must:

  • register on the website;
  • enter the information required to create a new account;
  • choose to join the initiative by enrolling in the Program and accepting these Regulations.

To access and use Acqua dell'Elba LOVERS, users must log in to:

Cancellation of Membership

Participants may cancel their membership in the Acqua dell'Elba LOVERS Program at any time by clicking the dedicated cancellation link.

Once membership has been cancelled:

  • accumulated Privileges may no longer be used;
  • any accrued points may not be redeemed in any way.

Marketing Communications

If the user has previously opted not to receive communications from ACQUA DELL'ELBA, they will not receive communications relating to the Acqua dell'Elba LOVERS initiative.

Users may register or reactivate email communications by accessing:

Participants may decide not to receive marketing communications from ACQUA DELL'ELBA and still continue to participate in the Program.

By logging into the section of the website dedicated to Acqua dell'Elba LOVERS, Participants will be able to access:

  • information concerning their membership status;
  • dedicated promotions;
  • reserved initiatives.

5. HOW ADE POINTS ARE EARNED

During the Promotion Period, for every purchase made online through www.acquadellelba.com and/or at the stores of ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. Società Benefit, the Participant will earn points ("ADE Points") according to the conversion rate:

€1 = 1 ADE Point

For online purchases, the Participant must complete the fields required during the purchasing process and necessary for identification purposes, by logging into their personal account or creating a new account if not previously registered, before completing payment. In this way, the purchase will be automatically linked to the Participant's profile and the corresponding ADE Points will be correctly credited.

Points are calculated only on whole euro amounts, rounded down, based on the net value of each receipt/transaction line (for example: a receipt/transaction with a value of €10.00 will generate 10 ADE Points; a receipt/transaction with a value of €16.49 will generate 16 ADE Points).

In the event of a return of products or cancellation of an order, the related accumulated points will be deducted from the total balance. In the event of a partial return, only the points associated with the returned product(s) will be deducted.

ADE Points may only be used through the Participant's personal account and therefore may not be transferred or credited to any other account.

Certain products may be excluded from the Program at the sole discretion of ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. Società Benefit and, consequently, their purchase will not generate any ADE Points.

6. ADDITIONAL WAYS OF EARNING ADE POINTS

In addition to the standard points accumulation method described above, Participants may earn additional ADE Points by completing the following objectives ("Challenges"):

Complete Your Profile

(+5 points, one-time only)

To obtain these points, each Participant must complete the following additional information in the profile section of their personal account, beyond the mandatory information required when enrolling in the Program:

  • Date of birth;
  • Country.

Log into Your Account

(+2 points, maximum once per month)

To obtain these points, Participants must log into www.acquadellelba.com.

Points may only be earned once per month, regardless of the number of logins performed during that month.

Number of Transactions

(+100 points)

To obtain these points, Participants must complete four transactions within one calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December of the same year).

Where multiple transactions are made within the same week (seven-day period), only one transaction will be counted for the purposes of this Challenge.

7. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Each Participant has the opportunity to reach three predefined cumulative point thresholds ("Levels"), upon reaching which they become entitled to specific benefits and/or rewards ("Privileges").

A Participant's Level is obtained automatically upon reaching the corresponding point threshold set out below:

Once the cumulative points balance becomes equal to or greater than the value of any threshold, the corresponding Level will automatically be assigned to the Participant.

8. PRIVILEGES OFFERED THROUGH THE PROGRAM

Upon reaching the thresholds described above or upon the occurrence of specific circumstances, Participants will become entitled to benefits and/or rewards ("Privileges") as detailed below.

Free Shipping

Silver Level

  • Free shipping on orders over €45
  • International orders: free shipping on orders over €90

Gold Level

  • Free shipping on orders over €25
  • International orders: free shipping on orders over €60

Platinum Level

  • Free shipping regardless of order value.

Reward for Reaching a Higher Level

From Silver Level to Gold Level

  • The Participant will receive a 15 ml ACQUA DELL'ELBA Eau de Parfum.

From Gold Level to Platinum Level

  • The Participant will receive a 100 ml ACQUA DELL'ELBA Home Fragrance Spray.

1019 Reward

Upon reaching 1,019 points—a number corresponding to the altitude of Monte Capanne, the highest peak on Elba Island—each Participant will receive a 1,000 ml ACQUA DELL'ELBA Home Fragrance Diffuser.

Birthday Gift

For purchases made at ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. Società Benefit mono-brand stores or online at www.acquadellelba.com, from 7 days before until 7 days after the Participant's birthday, the Participant will be entitled to receive one of the following gifts, depending on the value of the purchase:

  • Purchases from €70 to €91: one 200 ml Home Fragrance Diffuser in a fragrance of the Participant's choice;
  • Purchases from €92 to €114: one 50 ml Eau de Parfum in a fragrance of the Participant's choice, excluding the Mediterranean Line;
  • Purchases from €115 to €140: one 500 ml Home Fragrance Diffuser in a fragrance of the Participant's choice;
  • Purchases from €141 to €175: one 100 ml Eau de Parfum in a fragrance of the Participant's choice, excluding the Mediterranean Line;
  • Purchases equal to or greater than €176: one 1,000 ml Home Fragrance Diffuser in a fragrance of the Participant's choice.

The rewards/gifts listed above may be subject to change.

The Participant will receive the reward once entitlement has been acquired. A promotional code will be issued, to be entered in the dedicated field during the online checkout process or shown to sales assistants when purchasing in mono-brand stores. The reward will be supplied together with the products purchased in the relevant order.

9. SECURITY DEPOSIT

Pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 1, letter b) of Presidential Decree No. 430/2001, no security deposit has been provided, since the rewards set forth in these Regulations will be awarded to Participants at the time of purchasing ACQUA DELL'ELBA products and therefore simultaneously with such purchase.

10. ADVERTISING AND AMENDMENTS

Participation in the Promotion is governed by the terms and conditions set out in these Regulations, the original self-certified version of which shall remain filed and kept at the registered office of ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. for the entire duration of the Promotion and for twelve (12) months following its conclusion.

ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Regulations, without prejudice to the rights already acquired by Participants, and to terminate the Program at any time for just cause, subject to appropriate prior notice of such termination.

Any amendments shall become effective from the date indicated in the relevant communications sent by email to Participants or published on the website www.acquadellelba.com.

An updated version of the Regulations will always be available on www.acquadellelba.com.

Participants are therefore invited to consult these Regulations periodically in order to remain informed of any updates and/or amendments.

This Promotion (and any possible termination thereof) will be advertised on the website www.acquadellelba.com and at participating Stores.

11. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering for Acqua dell'Elba LOVERS, the user accepts and undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions governing the Program and consents to ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. Società Benefit collecting and using:

  • the personal data voluntarily provided by the user;
  • the data collected through the activities performed by the user within the Acqua dell'Elba LOVERS Program.

The Company guarantees the utmost confidentiality in the processing of Participants' personal data, in compliance with the applicable personal data protection legislation.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

This Promotion is conducted in compliance with Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26 October 2001 and in accordance with the guidelines and circulars issued by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, which shall apply to any matter not expressly regulated herein.

Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.

Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Regulations.

Each Participant is responsible for ensuring that their contact details and participation data are accurate, complete and active. Failing this, participation in the Promotion cannot be guaranteed.

ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. shall not be held liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including, by way of example and not limitation:

  • difficulties in accessing the Promotion;
  • technical malfunctions;
  • interruptions or failures relating to computers, hardware, software, cables, telecommunications systems or internet connections;
  • any circumstances that prevent Participants from taking part in the Promotion.

ACQUA DELL'ELBA S.R.L. reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks concerning compliance with the Program rules and the proper participation in the Promotion.

Should it be determined that Participants have used fraudulent means or instruments, or have otherwise acted in violation of these Regulations, they shall be excluded from the Promotion and shall forfeit any rights or benefits they may have acquired.

In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, in compliance with applicable laws, in order to prevent or inhibit any attempt to circumvent the system and mechanics of the Promotion.
