ARCIPELAGO: ALL OF THE NOTES IN A SYMPHONY OF EMOTIONS

During the ‘40s Duke Ellington composed a “perfume suite” in which he described all of the sensations felt by a woman when she wears her favourite perfume. This music came to our minds when we chose to speak about one of our best-selling perfumes: Arcipelago. In its male and female versions, this fragrance is capable of releasing sensations and emotions which are different though at the same time united by a closeness similar to that which is to be discovered among the islands of the Tuscan archipelago from which it takes its name.

The feminine fragrance, floral and sensual, is formed by the fruity notes of apricot entwining with the citrussy aromas of lemon and tangerine, alongside a bouquet of orange flowers, helichrysum, acacia and jasmine supported by hints of cedarwood, strawberry tree and moss.

The masculine fragrance, with a starker personality, is characterised by the interaction between notes of sage, pepper and rosemary balanced by the floral notes of jasmine and lily of the valley, supported by hints of cedarwood, cypress and woods of the Mediterranean Maquis.

Complex yet harmonious fragrances and sensations, through which one can travel as on a  journey through the islands of an archipelago, transported by vaporisations of the Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette, both available in 50 and 100 ml formats, or by the tender caress of our lotions, moisturising soap and aftershave, all carrying the same, evocative fragrance.
