UNI/PDR 125:2022

Certification according to UNI/PdR 125:2022 supports organisations in promoting gender equality, transforming corporate culture, engaging in dialogue to build their own strategic vision through a virtuous process, improving and enhancing individual and organisational performance, and bringing out the diversity of personal and professional characteristics in order to renew and strengthen corporate competitiveness and the economy.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 guideline refers to UNI ISO 30415:2021 “Human resource management: Diversity and inclusion”.

Certification under this UNI/PdR may be requested by any type of organisation, of any size and legal form, operating in the public or private sector.
Sole proprietorships (Partite IVA) with no employees or staff members are excluded from the application of this document.
It is desirable that consortia, business networks or general contractors intending to adopt this UNI/PdR define a selection and qualification criterion within the selection process of their consortium members/companies/outsourcers, requiring them to adopt the same reference practice.
