ON PRESALE FROM 24 TO 30 MAY FOR GOLD AND PLATINUM LEVELS OF THE ACQUA DELL'ELBA LOVERS LOYALTY PROGRAM

Opening the door of your home and finding yourself on cobblestones consumed by the sea, those white cobbles with signs of blue/black tourmaline from the “Le Ghiaie” beach of Isola d’Elba. Moving from one room to another breathing in the salty air of those rocks and their legend, that of the Argonauts, ancient Greek heroes in search of the golden fleece who once docked upon the Elban shores of Capobianco.

The Home fragrance diffusers of the collection “Spiagge degli Argonauti” (“Shores of the Argonauts”) created by Alfredo Gioventù are works of art allowing us to embark on this voyage which is so dreamlike yet real at the same time, ceramics whose shape and colour evokes the white, maculated rocks typical of the seven kilometres of shoreline west of Portoferraio.

Stains like marks left by the passage of time, changing dimensions and shape, giving every work of art the unexpected rhythm of uniqueness: collectables, each one different from the others, inspired by the beauty of the beaches and rocks of Isola d’Elba and by the miracle of their complex geological history, made of sedimentation and crystalline infiltrations.

Each work of art merely recounts a minuscule part of the bedrock’s history and its evolutions during the course of the millennia: hence the collection “Messaggi” (“Messages”), inspired by the beacch of Le Ghiaie.

The mystical appeal of the immaculate walls of rock punctuated by the rounded stains of Samson forms instead the inspiration behind the collection “Musica” (“Music”), interpreting this rhythm as if it were notes on a pentagram.

Finally, the collection “Costellazioni” (“Constellations”) was inpired by the cliffs dominated by the cape of Capobianco, where the rocks form layers that seem to float on a sea the colour of face powder.

Three homages dedicated to the island and its history, synthesising a refined connection between art and environment which led to their selection in support of the newly-constituted Acqua dell’Elba Foundation. Indeed, profit from these collectionswill be devolved to the Foundation itself, in order to support its projects in sectors such as the environment, education, culture, art, health and society at large.
