ACQUA DELL'ELBA AND SUNDEK: A SUMMER OF PERFUMES AND COSTUMES.
This year, once again, Sundek and Acqua dell’Elba are together for a photo-shooting set on Isola d’Elba, the subject of which is love for the sea.
Indeed, the sea represents an important aspect of the personality of both brands: if, on the one hand, Acqua dell’Elba seeks to enclose its essence within its perfumes and home fragrances, on the other hand Sundek helps people live the sea through the iconic quality of their swimming costumes, which are all about life in the open air, nature and freedom.
Moreover, since 2020, the two companies also share another thing in common: they are both 100% Italian-owned. Although for Acqua dell’Elba this has been true since the date of its foundation, exactly 20 years ago, Sundek only became Italian during January of this year, when the Californian brand created in 1958 was taken over by the holding company owned by Simona Barbieri and Tiziano Sgarbi, previously also co-founders of the company Twinset.
There are even more affinities between the two brands: in the creation of their products, both of them place great attention on quality. For Acqua dell’Elba, quality means rediscovering the Tuscan traditions of artisanal perfumery, while for Sundek it means joining the typically Californian values of nature and freedom with the excellence of Italian fashion style.
These shared values naturally resonate in the elegance of the shots taken by Filippo Maffei, in which Acqua dell’Elba’s perfumes, solar care products and home fragrances enliven the elegance of a summer full of freedom, as expressed by the costumes and accessories created by Sundek.
