A MASTERPIECE BY ALFREDO GIOVENTU’ ENRICHES OUR ARTS COLLECTION.

Art is a daily source of inspiration for the activities of Acqua dell’Elba, a company which has always pursued beauty through the creation of unique fragrances, driven by values such as authenticity, originality and craftsmanship which also form the basis of the artistic creations which, year after year, have come to enrich the private arts gallery of the enterprise from Marciana Marina.

Throughout the years, Acqua dell’Elba has acquired works from contemporary artists it had selected and invited to the island for personal exhibitions, thus assembling a respectable arts collection capable of offering an interesting snapshot of Italian contemporary art. It features artists such as Alex Rinesch, Walter Puppo, Helga and Kurt Mergenthal, Rudy Pulcinelli, Marcello D’Arco, Marianne Ksipp, Luciano Regoli, Andrea Mariconti, Angelo Palazzini, Maria Cristina Sammarco, Nena & Tomy, Mario Apone, Silvano Campeggi, Roberto Ridi, Mario Branca and Riccardo Mazzei.

This year, another masterpiece came to enrich this collection, “Ortoclasi Migrazione” by Alfredo Gioventu’, who spoke about this and all the other works featured in his exhibition "Tornando ad Essere Pietra" (sala Signorini in Portoferraio, until the 23rd of August) in a series of mini-clips which we are in the process of sharing these days with our Community on our Facebook and Instagram pages, and which will also be published on our YouTube channel upon conclusion of the exhibition.

The next appointment between Acqua dell’Elba and the world of art is fixed for Saturday the 24th of August, with the inauguration of the next edition of the Acqua dell’Elba Arts Prize, also taking place in the Sala Signorini in Portoferraio. Additionally, in the next few weeks, we will start publishing on the pages of our blog a series of stories individually describing all of the works in our collection, for which we are also seeking a location allowing for public enjoyment of its beauty.
