I signed in but I did not receive an email confirmation:
Due to an automatic system, the email could be mistakenly labelled as spam or could arrive to the undesiderated folder because of some technical problems.

I forgot my password
Click on “Forgotten your password” and we will send you a new one to the email address you entered when you signed in.

If you get a transaction failure message while you are paying with a credit card
It could happen if there is not availability of funds, or, sometimes, the connections of your bank could have some problems and, in this case, there are not  charges on your credit cards.
You only have to wait some minutes and try again or change the payment method.
